Day 24

Ok this morning after breakfast we checked out of the hotel where we had a lovely room and enjoyed the stay in Revelstoke, we had a little walk around town this morning because the rain stopped but that didn’t last long, so back in the car we headed off for Kamloops, it was going to be a relatively short drive today but the torrential rain slowed us down and it took longer than we expected. We did stop off at a old ghost town exhibit which was really good but it poured down towards the end so we had to bolt back to the car.
On the way to Kamloops we stopped off at a house in Salmon Arm where a old neighbour of Lorna used to live to take a photo of their house for them. We then went for a late lunch at a golf resort and then on to Kamloops, the weather today has been horrible and it didn’t make Kamloops look too good on the approach but in the town centre it looked OK, we checked into hotel/Casino in the centre of town and will eat locally tonight, we was going to go to a rodeo that was due to be on today but we found out that it has been cancelled, we are not too lucky with rodeos if you remember the last time in Kyle.
Again the internet connection is really flaky so again no videos, I have them done but I cant get them uploaded so hopefully they will all come online soon. I cant even update the map to show where we are.
